If you are a university student (not yet graduated) or if you are a patient advocacy representative, please sent an email (meetings@adevez.com) as discounts may apply.
Participants from low and low-middle income countries, per Worldbank list, can register at a reduced rate. The discount is 300 EUR for full registrations and 100 EUR for one-day registrations. A proof of residency in the country is required and can be sent by email (meetings@adevez.com). You will then receive a unique code to register with the discount.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Registrations can be cancelled free of charge up to 01st March 2026 (00:00 hours CET). The charges the registration platform automatically deducts, will be at your expense. From 1 March, all registrations are non-refundable. Name changes are free of charge until 01st April 2026 (00:00 hours CET). After this date a 35 EUR administration fee will apply. Name changes are always free of charge for the congress dinner.

One-day registrations
You can purchase a registration for 1 day or multiple days. For two days, simply purchase 2 one-day registrations. You need to confirm the exact day(s) you wish to attend with your registration. Your access badge is valid only on the days indicated.
Included in the one-day registration is:
- Access to all sessions and the exhibit on the day(s) you attend
- Coffee breaks and lunch as scheduled on the day(s) you attend
- If you attend Wednesday, the networking reception
- Your congress materials
- NOTE: No access to virtual or on demand sessions
Exhibitor registrations include:
- Access to all public areas (no access to sessions)
- Coffee breaks and lunches as scheduled at the congress venue
- The Networking Reception on Wednesday evening

Congress Dinner Tickets
With your registration you can also order a congress dinner ticket @80.00 EURO per person. This dinner is optional and open to all participants including guests. The dinner will be held on Friday May 29th at the Faculty Club Leuven; a beautiful setting of the restored buildings of the Grand Beguinage and UNESCO World Heritage in 2000. The dinner ticket includes your meal and drinks. No transportation to the venue is provided as it is located within the center of Leuven and so at walking distance from all hotels in the center.
Accommodation Novotel Leuven - ON REQUEST
3 nights accommodation packages (27-30th May) at the main congress hotel are currently only limitedly available. If you wish to secure a room at this hotel, please send a message to meetings@adevez.com to check if rooms are still available. If not, we recommend you then either book at one of the other preferential hotels or you could see if individual bookings can still be made directly with the hotel. Note however that congress rates do not apply for these bookings.

Cancellation Policy Novotel Accommodation
If you have already booked your room with us at the Novotel, please note the following cancellation policy. Until 1 March 2026 cancellation is free of charge. After this date costs will be fully reimbursed if organisers are able to resell your cancellled room. After 1st May 2026 costs are non-refundable.
